AM I REALLY PERFECT?!!

YA Ahlan Wa Sahlan!! (Hello and Welcome!!) <3

I HOPE YOU'RE ALL GOOD AND HAPPY WHEREVER YOU ARE!! AND HAVING A VERY BLESSED WEEKEND! IN SHA ALLAH!!

Today, I decided I'll discuss a topic quite substantial regarding a common disease that we all hold and that is: "to look perfect", "to act perfect" in other words, just being nothing but a complete pitch perfect, man, woman or a Muslim.

As, human's we all have to embrace this reality that we all have two parts, one which is "Physical" which includes the body, and the other which is "The Soul", that lies within us. Along with this explanation something that is very beneficial is the fact that one of this portion within us is "forever" while the other will soon perish and return to nothing but dust.

Now, we apparently don't understand this. So, while riffling through the book of this world and "the common society", it appears we are feeding the part of ourselves, which will soon perish and that is:

The Body.

I'm gonna use a very-easy-to-interpret and self-explanatory analogy to explain this idea: we've all travelled somewhere, sometime in our lives, picture this that you're going for a 3-day trip to anywhere, Now as it's just a 3-day trip, without any kerfuffle you'll prefer having your stay at any good hotel.

Now, imagine buying a house! I know I ain't picky but when it comes to choosing a house where I'm gonna be spending my entire life, I want a few things checked off my bucket list:

The area should exhibit serenity and should be having vegetation.

Also, not gonna forget:

It should be roomy and of-course!! Lot's of windows!

Do I really want it to be huge and nothing but a castle and a complete bed of roses, In other words, the summary would be, I want it..... "perfect!"

Futurity spent in luxury wreathed by money and more money, living examples would be juveniles dreaming about being a complete wunderkind, without any effort and endless cash. But, once reality wrench's you out of day-dreaming, you ain't gonna be asked if you want that bed (grave) of yours to be nothing but dust or you want it to be frowsty and cornered with velvet cushions?

Would you ever consider decorating your hotel room and upgrading it with a new theme and different furniture?

of-course not!!

after-all I'm only here for 3-days!

Or, the food that we'll be buying.. would we consider stacking up a lifetime supply when we're just here for three days?!

Absolutely not.

We'll just be picking up a few things that'd be enough for us for the amount of time we're gonna be spending at that particular place.

" We decorate our body with rubies and gold, we shower it each day, so we smell good, we'd spend or do anything if it comes to looking beautiful and attractive and once we're fed up of our natural features, we'd spend thousands and millions to alter that jawbone a little bit, maybe take a few pins to get "bigger" , "better" lips. We might even risk scraping off that extra fat too."

Yet again:

does it even matter?

In what terms do we define "Perfect"

Upgrades.

Surgeries.

Cubid's bow?

Or do you define it as:

A clean heart.

A good character.

Modesty?

Before actually comparing your natural self with a completely artificial version of someone else, comparing our life with a news feed post? We need to absorb that, This life isn't meant to "BE PERFECT" .

Before i continue, remember that every little effort is better than procrastination, start by purifying your HEART, HERE!

Allah Almighty, does not want us to Be Perfect Muslims, Or Perfect People, He knew that we'd commit constant sins in this Duniya (World), because in the end, we're nothing but weak and feeble Human Beings, committing mistakes over and over again, but the best among us are the one's:

Who repent.

SubhanAllah!!

Seeking Istighfaar (Repentance) reflects the "healthy" fear of God, Himself. It defines someone who's always rushing behind impressing God and distancing themselves from something that makes Him unhappy. Because that's our real Boss!! that's Who we're gonna be answering.

"Let this veil of Duniya (World), uncover my eyes,

Because Now,

I see that I'm not an angel but only a human

He created me Not to be pitch perfect, but someone:

who forgets.

who cries.

who drowns.

not once but constantly,

yet again, He repents...

and, He rises again from the deep shallow waters.

It's time that I feed the right half of me and let it grow (Soul).

Grow.. so it can rise beyond the seven skies,

After all better among us are the one's who rise up after every fall.

Spending my wealth like nothing but spouting water. I accept alteration and more alteration for myself, to take with me in "the other world".

But..

In the end,

does it even matter?

May Allah Almighty guide us to the best!! and may He guide us and bring us among His righteous and pious people. May He keep us firm over our Faith and Imaan.

Ameen ^u^

Assalamm-O-Alaekumm!!

God bless each and everyone who made it till the end, and chose to read my blog. Shukran Jazilan (Thank You Very Much) <3
